TRACE AND TAP….
The constitution explicitly provides that “the privacy of communication and correspondence shall be inviolable except upon lawful order of the court or when public safety or orders requires otherwise as prescribed by law”. In this connection wiretapping is against the law, however such rule is not absolute, it is subject to an exception and the exception to the exception. freedom of expression is not absolute it is subject to restraint and prohibition if it would tend to cause dishonor, humiliation of the dignity of a person, that is the basic rule of course to this very undying shield in libelous matter.
The Congress may of course protect the secrecy of telephone messages by making then when intercepted be inadmissible in evidence, does it fit in our criminal justice system were the battery of lawyers will do everything just to make it appear that the tap and traced messages in any forms of communication is valid and the defense counsel will tried everything to deny everything irrespective of the weight of the evidence against the client…well everything fits for a reason and the reason which even the intelligent mind cannot measure, beyond measurement as huge as the ocean..it goes the evidence ,interpreted in different meaning and circumstances which only lead to more confusions and doubt and if there is doubt…the doubt will lingers till after the truth came out…How would you now balance everything, when even the truth can be manipulated..It is now your word against the evidence…will anyone listen to your story wherein the documents speaks for itself different from what you really intended to happen…simple as it is...you never had the resources to find what is really the truth..never had the chance to be in control of it…trying to pretend that you get justice of what had happened however you just pretended to be the victim though you are not…a poetic justice indeed when everything you hide is now an open book, a story and research to be dissected, to be profiled,…everything you have done…… only by push of a button…everything even your voice could transmit a thousand information around the world without you knowing it….quite a revenge as Brutus once said. ”Romans, my countrymen spare me some bread” deceiving to ask for pity and then Brutus killed Julius Caesar………..POETIC JUSTICE.
