FEAR

Fear refers to innate, almost biologically based alarm response to a dangerous and life threatening situation, it is coupled with anxiety that something terrible will happen and you are powerless to change it. Sometimes, before you feel that “something” terrible will happen there will be a manifestation, a series of bad luck or events which you feel so helpless, that will be your stressor that will trigger the modular globes of your brain that causes fear and anxiety and you cannot control it, you feel hopeless that sometimes could lead to panic disorder that the treat is so great that it could kill you.
For example: your cell phone was ringing and when you answered the call, the other line was so silent and then the moment you cut the line, your landline phone will now ring and when you answered still the other line was silent, and the moment you put down the phone, your doorbell buzzed as if there is someone at your front door, and when you open the door there’s no one. The moment you closed the door, your cell phone rings again and so forth,. repetitive scenes..and for almost 15 minutes of this cycle, fear now incorporates in your brain..The person doing these things was just near to you,. So near that you failed to recognize him though you greatly knew him, he’s just like a wind.
If this happens to you what would you do?
